1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Slumpbeat (app.slumpbeat.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Slumpbeat provides a platform for planning and managing company-related activities — including social events, onboarding programs, strategic offsites, and internal or external team gatherings.
The service enables your organization to:
- Create and manage recurring or ad hoc events
- Provide a shared overview of company and team rituals
- Integrate calendars and communication channels
- Use AI to support coordination and planning across distributed teams
3. Account Terms
3.1 Account Creation
- You must register through Google SSO (provisioned via Clerk.com)
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
3.2 Account Restrictions
You may not:
- Create multiple or fake accounts
- Share access credentials
- Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Respect others when organizing or joining events
- Not misuse the system (e.g., spam, abuse, or unauthorized data collection)
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, branding, and software belong to Slumpbeat ApS. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our permission.
6. Third-Party Services
We use third-party tools including:
- Vercel (EU servers) for hosting
- NeonDB for Postgres database
- Clerk for authentication
- Mixpanel and Google Analytics for analytics
- TawkTo for support
These services have their own terms of use that may apply to you.
7. Modifications
We may change or remove features at our discretion. We will notify users about significant changes to pricing or terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide the service "as is." We are not liable for:
- Missed events or poor user experience
- Data loss
- Service downtime
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be resolved in Danish courts.
